Whew! The week is Done.

What a week it’s been too

It has been one of those weeks that was never going to end, a million and one things to do and your body says, NOPE! I guess I caught a bug from someone at work, no energy, didn’t want to eat, and was a bit on the achy side and was perfectly fine watching the paint dry on the walls from my recliner. Nothing else for symptoms though (Not My Norm if I get sick). So I had no clue as to why I felt so lethargic all week. I started a challenge to do fifteen cards in fifteen days as you can see we stopped on day 5. I did get a couple more made (that is a task when you feel cruddy). I keep trying and finally It came to an end. I did still go to work each day and came home whipped.

If ever you think being a Starbucks Barista is easy work come walk in my shoes for just one day. You will come away with a whole different reverence for our jobs. It is 8 hrs on your feet, blowing and going from the time you get there until the time you clock out. I can get 10k steps easily in a shift.
I will post the couple cards I got done but never found the energy to photograph & post, tomorrow morning. This weekend we also had a baby shower for my son & daughter in law. I made her 25 tea party themed thank you cards. I actually made them a few weeks ago and got them packaged up and done. I did’t procrastinate on it. ( I know, Wow!) The shower was a shabby chic Tea Party theme. Not too Girly, even though she’s having a girl.

Saturday has been the first day I have felt more normal. All week I have teased everyone I was visiting Neptune and didn’t know when I would return. My brain was on vacation and left my body behind. Hoping to have a better week and not so exhausted. I will TRY to post my 15 challenge cards as I make it a challenge only for myself now. Can I do it? We will see. Stay tuned.

May God Bless You and keep you until next time!
